How do I pair?
Open Freiload on the computer, scan the QR with Freiload on Android on the same Wi‑Fi (not guest Wi‑Fi). Match the fingerprint, then confirm on the phone.
QR fails?
Confirm same network; try LAN address; or adb reverse tcp:8443 tcp:8443 for USB debugging to localhost. You can also paste pairing JSON from Help → Advanced on the computer.
Does USB delete from the phone?
MTP copy without the companion is copy-only. Verify and delete need the Android app.
Can the Windows app restore phone trash?
No. Restore from the Android app / phone trash.
What can I send?
Photos, videos, and ordinary files (PDFs, documents, archives, audio, and more) via the phone Files picker. Apps/APKs are not supported.
Do you store my files?
No. We don’t host your files. Your computer writes the folder you choose.
Move files and photos off your Android to a folder on your computer. Verify the copy. Then you choose whether to free space on the phone. Not a gallery. We don’t host your files.
